Arizona Corporate Tax Credit Program
Your corporation may be able to claim Arizona’s largest corporate tax credit, the Private School Tax Credit.
The Arizona Corporate Tax Credit Program is essential for many families in Arizona that cannot afford to send their children to the private school that best fits their educational needs. IBE has helped thousands of students in over 300 schools across our state with Corporate Scholarships. Our Corporate Scholarship Programs rely solely on donations from Arizona businesses that want to give Arizona students an opportunity at a great education while receiving a dollar-for-dollar tax credit. We cannot do this without you!
Which corporations are eligible?
C – Corporations
That do business in Arizona.
S – Corporations
Arizona based S – Corps
LLC with S Election
Arizona LLC’s with an S Election
Insurance Companies
That pay premium taxes in Arizona
S-Corps or LLC’s that file as an S-Corp
There is an extra extra incentive for S-corps or LLC’s that file like an S-Corp! You might say, I don’t pay “Corporate taxes” with my S-Corp or LLC, but with this program your business can pay your personal tax liability!
Potentially S-Corps can use their donation to IBE as a Federal deduction as well! Read our white paper!
Scholarship Programs that you can donate to:
- Low-Income Corporate Tax Credit Program (A.R.S. 43-1183)

The corporate donation process is simple. It starts with a one-page application, available here.
